• Kindly note that, if any order shipped directly by the manufacturer, it will be a non-cancellable and non-returnable order. In any case, customer changes their mind to cancel the order (for e.g. the product is no longer needs by customer) the order can be canceled by emailing us with the order reference number/PO number without making any amendments before the order is dispatched. If the order cancelled after we dispatched the order, 30% restocking fee will be apply.
• The product offered, in certain conditions, may cover a guarantee or maintenance policy by each manufacturer. We dispatch and accommodate our customers with any warranty furnished by the manufacturer directly. The customer endures they shall have options only if the warranty mentioned by the manufacturers covers for the products.
• The products are shipped within the next 24 hours after the orders are placed depends on availability. Product can be shipped from our different warehouses and business partners. • This product only have 30 days exchange policy for same part # only if it reveals the described reason (i.e., a return originated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection). • If the product weighs less than 10lbs and is bound to ship in the US only. The shipment can take from 1-7 working days, varying from the location and area of delivery.
