Return Policy

We at Harddrive4less always ensure that our every contribution makes customer shopping experience the best one. Which is where, delivering wrong, default, or broken product is our absolute nightmare. However, in any case our support team at Harddrive4less has made a return policy to help customers in need. If you as well have received any faulty product from Harddrive4less then refer to the below given return policy guidelines for our return policy to be applicable.

  • Provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.
  • RMA can only be used within two days of order receiving.
  • Returns will be free of cost (only when Harddrive4less fails to deliver the ordered product).
  • For packages to be returned, there must not be any sign of product usage or else 30% restocking fees will be applied.

Refer to the following list for complying against products from Harddrive4less when it comes to Return policy:

  • Any product/good not purchased from Harddrive4less.
  • Any product/good that does not possess the exact described return reason.
  • Any product that is unreadable, altered, missing, or damaged serial number, along with manufacturer model or part number as well.
  • Any product/good returned without the original packaging and accessories.
  • Any product/good which does not have UPC code.
  • Any product/good that is damaged physically.
  • Any product/good that is altered.
  • Any product/good need to be returned has to have the writing instilled on it on the original box.
  • Any product/good is obliged to be replaced if a customer wants to cancel the order.
  • Any product/good if shipped by manufacturer will fall in the category of non-returnable, or non-cancellable.

Please note that Harddrive4less does not charge for any restocking fees on products that are defective only within the 10 days of purchase. In order to file an RMA/Returns request, you can easily contact our customer service representative to understand the return protocol.
