In case of tax exemption, the customer must provide a certificate containing tax-exemption information before they perform the purchase.

Please note that the tax exemption information must be provided before product is shipped


  • Provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.
  • RMA can only be used within two days of order receiving.
  • Returns will be free of cost (only when Harddrive4less fails to deliver the ordered product).
  • For packages to be returned, there must not be any sign of product usage or else 30% restocking fees will be applied.

What is our Shipping Schedules at Harddrive4less?

As soon as we at Harddrive4less receive an order, within the duration of next 24 hours, the order is shipped.   • FGD or Free Ground Deliveries: The cut-off time for a standard FGD delivery is around 3-7 business days for the United States Territory only. Apart from Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico our primary shipping partners USPS, FedEx and UPS ship the orders. Whilst, on business days 3PM is the central time of cut-off time at harddrive4less.
  • 2 Day FedEx:Harddrive4less offers 2-day delivery service only in the United States from 3 PM.
  • 3 Day FedEx: We as well offer 3-day delivery service with our international economy delivery service.
  • Saturday Deliveries: At Harddrive4less, customers can get their orders delivered to them on Saturdays throughout the United States, if they place an order on Friday.

We work with commitment from carrier companies hence if they delay shipment, we are not obliged to pay any shipping credits.
